NIGHT GUARDIANS
Night Guardians is the rescue and field operations mission of Petscentralorg Dogs Lives Matter Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, protecting, and rehoming animals in need.
Our Night Guardians respond to animals in crisis—from abandoned and injured dogs and cats to animals facing neglect or homelessness. Our work continues beyond the rescue through veterinary care, rehabilitation, foster placement, sanctuary care, and the search for safe, loving forever homes.
Petscentralorg Dogs Lives Matter Foundation provides the nonprofit foundation behind this mission. Night Guardians puts that mission into action in the field.
One Foundation. One Mission. No Dogs Left Behind. No Animal Forgotten.
That makes the relationship immediately understandable: Petscentralorg = Foundation. Night Guardians = Rescue Mission.

"NO DOGS LEFT BEHIND-NO ANIMALS FORGOTTEN"
The Night Guardians are volunteers united by one mission—to rescue abandoned, abused, neglected, and forgotten animals. Every day and night, we respond to calls from overcrowded shelters, city streets, and the Mojave Desert, providing emergency rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, foster placement, and lifelong sanctuary whenever needed.
Our team is made up of experienced rescuers, veterans, animal advocates, foster families, and our dedicated K9 Rescue Unit. Together, we stand ready to protect those who cannot speak for themselves and to give every rescued animal the second chance they deserve.
